* All returned items must be made within 10 days of sale in new/unused condition. Damaged items will not be accepted.

In-store and Online Consignment Sales

No refunds for purchases of consignment merchandise. Third party consignment contract prohibits refund. Customer option: reconsign at 60/40 split.

New Furniture Inventory Sales

Returns are accepted with two possible options.

First option: 100% store credit towards a future purchase.

Second option: Refund with a 10% restocking fee.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

New Furniture, Special Order & Online Sales

Special order and online purchased items can be returned with two possible options.

First option: 100% store credit towards a future purchase.

Second option: Refund with 20% restocking fee.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
